Join us in Hillsborough for a Class A Tournament on February 25th, 2023! This Class A Tournament Series will be held at the Iron Peak Sports & Events-All Courts in Hillsborough, NJ. This is an incredible opportunity for students to compete against other ATA competitors from across the nation!

Why should your child compete in a martial arts tournament? Participating in a martial arts tournament can be a beneficial experience for children for several reasons. It can help them build self-confidence, discipline, and focus. It can also teach them about setting and achieving goals, as well as the importance of hard work and perseverance. Additionally, tournaments can provide children with an opportunity to test their skills against other martial artists and to learn from them. ATA makes tournaments available for students at any experience level from white belt to black belt, and from age 5 to age 99!

In an interview, when asked what makes ATA tournaments so great, World Champion and Master, Jesse Isaacs, says “All of our experts agreed—FAMILY! “I have competed all over the world in open and closed tournaments and I can tell you for certain that we have the best tournaments. We have fierce competition and push each other to the limit, but when we are done competing, we are still close friends and family,” said Fairy Degener, 5th Degree Black Belt and two-time World Champion who has also competed in open and closed events agrees, “We’re all there to support each other. I have never seen a struggling forms or weapons competitor ridiculed. Instead, they are cheered on by fellow competitors and spectators who are encouraging perseverance in finishing the routine and to do their best.”
