Bring your no-longer-wanted bicycles to the West Windsor Farmers’ Market on Saturday, Sept. 30. The West Windsor Bicycle-Pedestrian Alliance will be collecting these donations for Bike Exchange of Trenton.
Bike Exchange volunteers will fix up the bikes for resale, with the proceeds benefiting the Boys & Girls Club of Mercer County. Donations are tax-deductible.
Don’t worry if a bike isn’t in great shape; Bike Exchange can still use it.
If you can’t drop off a bike during market hours, another option is to bring it to the Department of Public Works during the township’s fall clean-up event on Sept. 9.
Note that this event is for West Windsor residents only.
